This centre was started in 1921.
Activities :
- Regular worship, occasional bhajans, and the celebration of the birth anniversaries of Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother, and Swami Vivekananda.
- Weekly classes in the ashrama and monthly classes outside.
- A charitable homoeopathic dispensary, which treated 10,523 cases during the year.
- A mobile medical unit, which treated 3600 patients during the year.
- A library with 1323 books.
- Tribal welfare work in 6 villages, consisting of running 6 non-formal schools (207 students this year), a weekly allopathic dispensary (410 cases served), a dental camp and a general medical camp (291 patients treated this year), T.B. Eradication programme (6 patients treated), assistance to villagers under self-reliance scheme, and distribution of milk-powder, clothing, study materials, and so on to the poor and needy.
