The Matri Mandir (Math centre) was established in 1920 at Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi's birthplace.
Activities of the Math centre :
- Daily worship, Ramnam Sankirtan, religious classes, birth anniversaries of spiritual luminaries, and some festivals like Jagaddhatri Puja.
- A small library with 2650 books.
- Welfare work by way of distributing milk, clothing, textbooks, and so on to the poor and needy. A sum of Rs. 2,79,000 was spent for this purpose during the year.
Ramakrishna Yogashrama, Koalpara (P.O. Dehuapara 722 141), the Math sub-centre, is 8 km from the Matri Mandir. It is a peaceful retreat associated with Holy Mother's life.
Activities :
- Welfare work such as giving pecuniary help, and distributing clothes, blankets, etc to the poor and needy, and textbooks to poor students.
- A small library for the benefit of local poor students.
The Mission centre was founded in 1930.
Activities of the Mission centre :
- A junior high school with 260 boys and 180 girls.
- Two junior basic schools with 285 boys and 172 girls.
- 14 free coaching centres with 387 students.
- A library with 2004 books.
- The centre distributed books worth Rs. 63,685 amongst 348 students as also uniforms and other educational aids.
- A charitable homoeopathic-cum-allopathic dispensary with a branch at Koalpara, which treated 37,865 cases during the year.
- A mobile medical unit, which treated 3579 patients.
- Pallimangal project, under which 12 free coaching centres are functioning. Textbooks, school uniforms, scholarships, etc, were distributed to the needy with the help of the Headquarters.
